Go Tigers!

Orchard Market in Spring Lake had a drawing for 4 tickets to a Detroit Tigers game. I walked by the box without giving it a second thought because, really, who ever wins anything from those drawings?! Well, my husband, Duane, entered and we won!! I'm so glad he did, because we had so much fun. It rained pretty hard for a while, but in typical Michigan fashion, the sun came out 20 minutes later and the game never stopped. I'll admit that Duane and Brendan can give you a play by play account of the whole game while Lauryn and I enjoyed walking around Comerica Park and shopping in all the overpriced shops and just people watching in general.

Moral of the story: enter those grocery store drawings. You may get more junk mail or you may get a great prize! You won't know if you don't enter.

P.S. Tigers, 4-3 - I did pay that much attention :)

Mark & Lauren, June 22

Mark and Lauren live in Chicago, so we talked on the phone quite a bit before the wedding finalizing details. In talking with them, it was easy to see how sweet and laid back they both are. On their wedding day, they kept tradition and their guests in mind. It was so special to see and hear how much each person means to Mark and Lauren, and likewise, how much Mark and Lauren mean to each person.

We had a wonderful time on Sunday and are glad we could sneak outside between raindrops!

Justin & Liz, June 14

Liz and Justin were married on a gorgeous day in Hudsonville two weeks ago. They have been very organized and very laid back since we've gotten to know them. Everything went perfectly allowing them to focus on their family and friends that clearly love them immensely! It was so much fun to share in the joy of their day!

Sarah & Noel, Los Angeles, California

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The weather was ideal; comfortable temperature, a blue sky, and of course, the California sun shining bright. As a wedding day should be, it was full of emotions. We laughed, cried, and laughed some more... then we danced until our calf muscles were sore.

Kim captured the beautiful moments and details throughout the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I attended as a bridesmaid, but couldn't resist taking some photos of my best friend and her new husband:)

Here's a few of our favorites!
